My name is Mara Frisch, and I am the Youth Director at Beth Messiah. Our youth group is made up of about 10-15 high school teens, who come from both Jewish and Gentile backgrounds. We meet every Saturday for Youth Night, from 6:00-8:00 PM. Youth Nights include worship, devotionals/teachings, games, prayer, and a lot of fun! Our youth group also plans events to serve our congregation and community, such as our annual Harvest Festival Carnival. Other activities include group outings, such as ice-skating and rock climbing, service days, conferences, and youth retreats. The focus of our youth group is our love for Yeshua (Jesus in Hebrew), our Messiah, and we seek to serve Him in everything we do.
