Who are the Beth Messiah Youth? The Beth Messiah Youth are made up of about fifteen high school teens, who come from both Jewish and Gentile backgrounds. Our teens meet every Wednesday for Youth Night from 7:00-8:30 PM. Youth Nights include icebreakers, youth-led worship, discussions/teachings on relevant topics, prayer, and, of course, fun! In addition to Youth Nights, our teens participate in group outings such as ice-skating and rock climbing, community service days, YMJA youth retreats and conferences, events in the Jewish community, and much more. One of the highlights each year is our annual Harvest Festival, where the teens put on a carnival at Beth Messiah for the children and families. The focus of our youth group is building our identity in Yeshua (Jesus in Hebrew), our Messiah, in addition to building our identity as Messianic believers. Our youth group has a warm atmosphere where teens can find answers to tough questions, deepen their relationship with G-d, and build relationships with other Messianic teens. Beth Messiah Youth Mission Statement: Our youth mission is to provide a place where teens can come together to deepen their relationship with G-d, build relationships with other Messianic teens, worship Yeshua the Messiah, participate in service and outreach opportunities, and develop their Messianic Jewish identity in a fun, culturally relevant setting.
